Pay close attention to the current workflow and how it does not sufficiently address the need/problem.
Provide the reviewer a clear understanding of your solution, how it addresses the core problems in a way that’s substantially superior to the solutions available today and an understanding of the new and improved workflow after implementing your solution.
Be sure to incorporate into your descriptions the role that clinical research has played in informing your proposal.
Provide information about the IP status and elaborate on any dialogue with your Technology Trans-fer Office.
