PROJECT SUMMARY
Skin cancer is among the most common cancer types, and with around 400,000 skin-related referrals in Denmark annually, early and accurate diagnosis is critical.
Dermloop is an AI-augmented platform that supports training, diagnosis, and management of skin lesions. It enables cross-sector collaboration, rapid virtual diagnostics, and image-based follow-up of borderline cases.
By integrating telemedicine and continuous clinical feedback, Dermloop improves diagnostic quality and efficiency. The goal is to ensure timely treatment of nearly all skin cancers, reduce unnecessary procedures, and lower healthcare costs at scale.
CLINICAL IMPACT
Dermloop supports earlier cancer detection, reduces unnecessary surgeries, and enhances cross-sector care – leading to better outcomes and lower system-wide costs.
